Good Parent ... Bad Parent

I think lately the thing that seems to get my blood boiling the most is bad parenting. But what is it exactly that defines what a BAD PARENT is?

Is it one that spanks his child for throwing tantrums, or puts his own needs before his child's and so on? Well to be the worse thing a parent can do is demotivate his child, and not help set up their future.

Many parents take their children's education and future for granted, often thinking that "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it"... But when the bridge eventually approaches, and University entry is granted, the funding is unavailable, because parents haven't made provision for it. Those parents are in fact BAD PARENTS. I mean there are counter arguments to this such as "whose responsible for tertiary education?", and "children become adults after 18 and should take care of university fees on their own"..... This list goes on and on.

To me, as one can see from reading this article, is parents should be responsible enough to secure their children's futures and set aside funding. Many parents out there waste money on outlandish 16th Birthday Parties and sneakers that cost almost as much as a car installment, but then claim to have no funds to send their children to and institute for further education and training. Where are the priorities gone to?

If you child becomes adult who is working a crappy 9-5 and struggling to make it without any further training.....BLAME IT ON BAD PARENTING.....

50 Shades...

I have just started reading the 50 Shades Triology. It starts of very boring to me, refering to the 50 Shades of Grey book. The thing that kept me reading however was my own curiosity to find out were the character " Anastasia Steele" ends up.

The book took a surprising twist when "Christian Gray" entered the picture. This man at the beginning of the book seemed almost perfect. Every womens dream man... Rich, Educated, refined... but predictable to some extent. When Ana meets Christian for the first time, everybody could see were the story was headed....

The twist came in when the relationship between Anastasia & Christian was made clear.... the NDA, the contract.... the room of pain/pleasure....
It was almost unbelievable.... how could such a perfect man, have such a dark side????

So after I has finished Grey, I moved onto Darker. Still reading. But right from the start as stated previously I can almost predict the end. However women all over the world still seem to be affected by the description of MR Grey. I for one think 50 Shades is over rated no offence to the Author, EL James.
